u will be missed...

Dear baby,
it's been 2 weeks since u've been gone, and im still not over you.
frankly,, i still get teary while typing this entry.
just so u know, u've been my best company for the past 2 years.
losing u was the worst tragedy in 2013. the saddest one!
u were my first touchy one, my friend, my housemate, my bedmate, 
my travelmate, my loyal company who followed me wherever i go..
we travelled around europe & shared beautiful moments together.
u definitely hold thousands of precious memories..
how can i not be sad?  :'(


Dear baby,
u used to be beside me the moment i open my eyes every morning.
u used to be the last thing i see b4 i sleep & the first when i wake up. 

u used to yell at me every morning with ur annoying alarm.
u used to be on the sink, playing my fav songs while im in the shower.

u used to entertain me with ur games when i feel bored and lonely.
u used to be the closest friend i've ever had in france.
how can i not be sad?  :'(

Dear baby,
it happened in a blink of an eye..
it feels like a dream.. i wish to wake up and see u again.
i wish i could turn back time and hold u real tight that night..
i hope u're in good hands now (though it seems impossible).
i hope the thief will someday lose his/her both hands
so he/she cannot pickpocket anymore.

im sorry for being overly-attached to u.
but what can i say,, 
u were the one that have always been there for me.. literally.
u will surely be missed.

LA TARTE AUX POMMES A LA CANNELLE



it's winter holidays now and i have nothing better to do than watching christmas movies, eat & sleep.
so today i decided to update my blog since i've neglected it for months
due to my laziness & busy-ness & exam-ness.
voila! here's my apple cinnamon pie recipe!


these are all u need to make a creamylicious apple pie. and oh! u need to have ur dough pastry too. u can either make it urself, or buy the ready-made one. well, i bought mine.


i usually use feuilletée or brisée. i've never tried sablee. and fyi, most of dough pastry in france have alcohol. so Marie's the only brand that doesn't contain alcohol (at least the only brand that i could find).

okay, it's so easy now. i mean, my lazy-way of baking is always easy. just poke some holes on ur dough pastry (with forks) then bake it for 15mins at 180 degree celcius.

while baking it, cut 4 apples into very small cubes, and 1 apple into thin slices. To make the filling, melt about 50g of butter in a pot, add in some honey, some fresh cream, & some cinnamon. (the quantity depends on u. we'll use the "throw & taste" technique) so just throw in the ingredients & let ur taste buds decide when to stop. then put in the diced apple. cook them until they're soft.

take out the dough pastry from the oven, and take ur filling off the stove.
cool them both at room temperature for about 10 mins. then put the apple  filling on the pastry, top it with the sliced apples we've prepared earlier. 
u can spread some honey & egg yolk on the sliced apples to give them a lil shiny gold colour! put ur pie in the oven for 30mins at 180°c.. and enjoy!

Lame sgt dah x tulis blog. Aritu bz final exam, skang bz makan plak kt msia nie.. huhu.
entry ni nk cite pasal ganu. Ktorg g anta adek ktorg semester3 kt uitm kuala terengganu.
7 jam ooo.. tido bgon, tido bgon, x smpai2 agy. Huhu.

Yang best kt ganu nie ialah laut die yg cantek gile.. mmg sungguh2  biru die!
Pastu taman tamadun islam die pon lawa, especially masjid Kristal.


Yg x best nye,, cume orang2 die je. Rakyat jelata die mia x sure baik ke x, sbb mia xpnah ade kawan ganu. Tp rasenye org ganu kt kL sume ok je kot.. yg ktorg plg x suke kt sane is peniage2 die. Sombongnye na’uzubillah ! especially gerai makan. Dah 2 kali ktorg gy ganu, dah byk kdai mkn ktorg try,, muke masing2 bongkak cm kuda laut. Amek order cm nk taknak je. Pastu harga makanan die,, kalah mkn kt hotel. Hati2 kalo mkn kt kdai yg xde buku menu & harga,, cm kt tepi pantai.. aritu ktorg mnom air klape & balls cucuk2 tuje, tbe2 kne 98 rggt. Rase nk teberak mendengornye. Seb baek papa yg bayar, kalo mia yg kne byr, mau cirit birit kt situ!

Yg last week plak ktorg lunch dekat pantai batu buruk. Bukan kt tepi pantai pon, dlm kawasan batu buruk tuje, ade deretan kedai2 mkn.. die hidangkn byk lauk utk nasi campur. Pastu ade jgk balls cucuk2 tu.. mia nie gedik, jarang  mkn nasi, slalu gy kdai mkn mihun tomyam. Tp time tu ade nasi campur je, so mia decide utk mkn cucuk2 tula.. Pastu mia x order air sbb nk mnom mineral water je dlm handbag, budak yg amek order tu buat muke x puas ati. Padahal mia ckp leklok je xnk air. Siap senyum agy. Pastu die tye2 byk kali “taknak air ke?!” eh,, org kate taknak, taknak ah. Boleh pakse2 plak.. Pastu dok berjegil mata pandang mia. Rase nk tampar je!


bdk tudung purple tula yg x puas ati mia x order air. comel kn die? huhu.
oh, saw that plate? it costs 21 rggt. Cume 1 sausage, 2 crab sticks, 1 sotong goreng tepung.
Papa mkn nasi putih & aym goreng kecik je = 6 rggt. Oleh sbb mia sgt musykil, mia pggil makcik tu.. mia tye la, ape mende yg 21 rggt ni makcik?
Dgn angkuh, riak & sombong, die tunjuk sotong : 17. Ketam : 2. Sausage : 2.
ooohh.. sotong goreng tepung yg xde rase pape tu 17 hengget.. patut a mase mia mule2 amek sotong seekor tu, mia suh die kire, die ckp nanti die kire, potong dlu. pastu die tros gunting2 sotong tu, spy kte xley nk letak balek. rupenye 17 rggt.. Kelasssss kau jahhhh! mkn kt restoran prancis pon x semahal nie! Huhu.


Xde niat nk tutup periuk nasi org, but as tourist, mia just nk share spy org laen x terkena. Rasenye dorg mmg akn ‘ketuk’ org lua,, especially kte yg xreti ckp loghat dorg & die nmpk plate number kete W, mmg die letak harga sukati die je. And, for those yg pike seafood kt ganu murah sbb dorg dkt laut, korg silap a.. ikan pon mahal kt sane. Better korg mkn kt flaming steamboat sblah sunway pyramid tu je. Boleh mkn seafood smpai gout! Haha. So kalo sape yg nk becuti kt ganu & bajet x brape tggi, better gy mkn kdai yg fixed price, or b4 amek makanan tu, tye dlu bpe rggt, spy kte x kne tipu k.

p/s: if u're reading this syirasyira,, i am sorry for u. tp nk wat cano? bertahan jela ye adek ku yang gagah. ade 4 sem je agy. heeee.. chayok!! :D
