So menu kt bawah ni idea masakan simple yg insyaAllah cepat & edible utk bulan puase ni.
I'm no expert in cooking taw.. mia masak tahap utk survival sahaje... hehe
Menu2 die agak sehat la jgk coz we were on diet last year.. sbb terase diri berdua gemok.
Resepi die either mia amek kt koleksi1001resepi, or fikir2 sdri je ikut logic & experience. haha.
boleh la cube masak nti ye. masak byk2 boleh mkn utk sahur skali. yeay!

marinate ayam & kentang dgn honey, oyster sauce, blackpepper sauce, salt & coriander powder
ayam & kentang masuk skali dlm oven.. pastu lmbt sket bru msok broccoli & tomato k!
Steamed Siakap
boleh buat steam limau, or kalo nk agy sdap steam tomyam!
Siakap bakor cicah sambal asam
dgn tomato salad + japanese sesame sauce dressing
Spanish Seafood paella
original recipe gune saffron bagai, tp mia gune tomato puree saje
boleh tgk cara mia buat kt entry sini
Tempoyak Ikan Siakap
sbb ktorg x suke patin & menu ni x gune minyak, sihat la kan? hehe

Healthy beef soup?
ni rekaan sdri ye.. x gune minyak.. sehat!
